1st Anniversary of Blogs@Lehman

February 14th marks the first year anniversary of our experiment with the Lehman College Blog. In its first year, the blog has connected our community by providing a space to share authentic stories about Lehman's impact. Your blog posts have enabled us to learn from each other.  They have been informative, educational and inspiring.  Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Do you have a story to share about life at Lehman?  Please review our guidelines and submit a post.

Here are four fast facts about the first year of Blogs@Lehman:

1) Over 160 blog entries have been posted in year one. Contributions came from students, faculty, staff and alumni, all sharing their unique interests, dreams and perspectives.

2) There have been nearly 13,500 visits to the blog in its first year, with more than 1,000 readers coming from the Lehman College Facebook page.

3) Who has blogged the most?  It's Donald Sutherland, with 20 posts since September 2012.  Please visit Donald's blog to read about his thoughts as an administrator and as a member of the adjunct faculty. 

4) Which posts are most popular? Check out the contributions of  Brendan McGibney, of our state-of-the-art Multimedia Center, and recent graduate, Charlene Peralta.
